Attending one of our FREE beginner classes is a great way to try CrossFit. In our beginner class we will review everything from “what is CrossFit” to different class packages. You will also partake in a group stretch, dynamic warmup, and beginner style CrossFit workout.

CFS Bringing In the New Year Nutrition Challenge
For six weeks this winter we will attempt to reset our bodies and increase our fitness. From January 6th until February 14th we will partake in the annual Nutrition Challenge. To keep it simple we will stick to CrossFit Stealth’s Nutrition Prescription: Eat Real Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants. In these 3 short sentences we will find the guidelines for our six-week challenge. The points will be as follows:

Stealth Summit: Performance & Development for the CrossFit Athlete
3/25 10am-3pm
The Stealth Summit: Performance & Development for the CrossFit Athlete is a 5-hour clinic for athletes of all ages and ability levels. Participants will engage in interactive skills and drills to strengthen three fundamental areas of CrossFit: Rowing, Gymnastics, & Olympic Weightlifting. Each section of this course is led by a specialized expert in their respective field. Participants will get one-on-one coaching, along with progressive hands-on drills, to address all athletic levels. At the end of the last session, participants will have the opportunity to apply their learning during a workout, under the watchful eyes of the instructor and coaches. We will finish the day with a 30 minute mobility session. The goal of this clinic is to improve every participant's understanding of each movement, along with their technique in order to increase their overall fitness.

Open to all athletes looking to improve their CrossFit performance by developing and enhancing fundamental fitness skills. Limited spots available.

This basic yoga class has amazing rewards! It's perfect for beginners and beyond. Learn to link movement and breathing to create an ideal space for healing and transformation. Gain tools to create awareness, calm anxiety, manage stress, cultivate acceptance and love for yourself and others.
